I have always been interested in computers and have always known that I want to work with computers. However as of recently after doing the Computer Technology class I have come to realize that I love coding and would like my career to be based off of coding.
My name is Nathan Westbrook, I was born in Canandaigua, NY in Thompson Hospital on September 28, 2000. I went to school at Midlakes from Kindergarten all throughout High School and graduated in June of 2018. While I was attending High School I went to FLTCC which stands for Finger Lakes Technical Career Center and I studied Computer Technology while I was there and furthered my knowledge on computers before I was going to go to college and major in Computer Science. I had always been interested in computers ever since I was 3 or 4 and the first thing I did was change the wallpaper without ever seeing how to do it. Then I played my first game on the computer and it was an FPS called Doom and that just got me hooked onto video games and computers. For this reason I would like to start a more in depth computer programming program at FLCC.
Some career goals that I have are to get a IT job at first to get some income, then I want to move down south, like North Carolina, and find a good job for a big company doing something involving coding
